Are all the products original and ready stock?

Please note that we only carry authentic (100% original) products. All items are ready stock. Some of the items may be out of stock. In that case, you can fill in your email address and click on the “Join Waitlist” button located on the product page so you will get a notification when the item is back in stock.

Will you restock the out of stock items?

Yes, out of stock items will be restocked. To know the exact time of when it will be restocked, please contact us at info@clickbeautysupply.com

Can I order through Line, Line@ or Whatsapp?

We prefer that you submit your order through our website because it is easier, faster and automated which means that you will receive updates on your order confirmation faster and also prevents any possible mistakes. However, if you need any assistance, you are welcome to contact us through Line/ Whatsapp.

I transferred already. What is the next step now? When is my order going to be shipped?

After making a payment, please fill in the “Payment Confirmation” form located at the top right corner of the page. We will ship your parcel one working day after you confirm your payment. We only ship Monday to Saturday (no shipment on Sundays and Public Holidays). For example, if you confirm your payment on Wednesday, we will ship your parcel the next day which is Thursday. However, if you confirm your payment on Saturday, it will be shipped out the next working day, which is Monday. Please ensure that you confirm your payment to avoid any shipment delays.

I transferred the wrong amount. What to do next?

I transferred the amount; however I forgot to confirm my payment within the 24 hours limit. What to do next?

No worries just submit a payment confirmation with the date of your payment and contact us via our line account @clickbeautysupply to confirm your order.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will email a Shipment Confirmation that details your tracking number and shipment date.

How much is shipping cost and how long will it take for my order to arrive once its shipped? Is there any handling fee?

There is no handling fee for all orders submitted online. Shipping rates and delivery time will depend upon the shipping method. You can check the rates and duration from JNE website or simply by clicking here.

How can I track my order?

We provide the tracking information in your shipment confirmation email that is sent out once your item has been shipped. You can also view this information online in “My Account Details” and click “Orders” at the left side of the page.

Can I add/ change the order that I submitted?

You won’t be able to alter the existing order that has been submitted online. However, as long as it is not paid yet, feel free to make a new order. The system will automatically cancel the existing order if payment is not confirmed within 24 hours. So you won’t have to do anything.

However, if you made a payment already, and wish to change your order, please contact our Line customer service @clickbeautysupply to know if it will be possible to do so. Please note that we can only change your order if it has not been packed/ shipped out.

Do you do dropship? Is there any discount for dropshipper?

Yes we do. Please contact our Line customer service @clickbeautysupply for more info. We do not offer discounts for dropshippers. However, we do offer discounts if you purchase 10 pcs or more on each item.

I want to be a reseller. What is the minimum quantity to order and how much discount will I get?

We set a minimum amount of 10 pcs to be a reseller. The amount of discounts will vary depending on the items. Please contact our customer service for a quote.

How do I change my password?

In order to change your password please log into your account. Once logged in, click on “My Account Details” and click on “Account Details” located on the left side of the page. Enter your current password and your new password and select “Save Changes”. Your password will be updated immediately.

How do I update my shipping information online?

In order to update your shipping address, start by logging into your account. Once logged in, click on “My Account Details” and click on “Addresses” located on the left side of the page. Click on the “Edit My Address” button located on the shipping address section. Enter your new shipping address and select “Save Changes”. Your shipping address will be updated immediately. Please note this will be updated only for future purchases. If you have just placed an order it will not be applied to the current purchase. You will need to contact our customer service to complete that process.

I lost my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password, click on “Login” and select “Lost My Password”. Enter your email address and click on the “Reset Password” button. We will send you a link on your email so you can change your password. Please check your email including your junk mail and follow the instructions. It may take up to 24 hours to receive the email. Should you not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact our Line customer service @clickbeautysupply so they will be able to help you.
